1 Service Overview:MilkyMart provide daily fresh milk and dairy product delivery directly to customer's doorsteps.
2 Subscription & Orders:Customer can subscribe to daily,weekly,Minimum Subscription duration is one week.
•Orders or changes to the delivery schedule must be made at least 12hr in advance.
3 Delivery Timing:Deliveries are made between 7:00AM to 11:00AM & 4:00PM to 8:00PM.
•When customer received the milk,they should boil it as soon as possible.
•MilkyMart is not responsible for delays due to weather,traffic,or unforeseen circumstances.
4 Payment Term:Payments can be made online via UPI,Cash or weekly billing.
•Recharge over ₹1,000 and get 3% cashback instantly credited to your wallet.
•Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
5 Customer Responsibilities:Customer's must ensure a clean container is available if using a refill system.
•In case of any quality issues,please report within 1hr of delivery for a replacement.
